You may browse our Site without creating an account. To place orders and access order history, you may create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or provide false information.

All orders placed through our Site are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep product listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that all items shown will be in stock at the time of your order.

If an item is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you promptly and offer a substitution or a full refund for the affected item.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale purposes.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac e-Transfer, and cash for pickup orders. All electronic payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party processors.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

For local pickup orders, items will be held for seven days from the date of the pickup notification. Uncollected orders may be cancelled, and a restocking fee may apply for perishable goods.

Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any original shipping costs. Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Due to food safety regulations, perishable and frozen products are not eligible for return. If you receive a perishable item that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheyimerry Global Stores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is made.
